I hate training in packed gyms so I found the PT sessions great and loved going to her classes. Lorraine’s bubbly character is infectious and makes going to the classes a lot easier. Her patience & kindness with each individual person is amazing, taking her time to show how to do an exercise properly.
Not only did I learn about how to stretch correctly but found the dietary aspect of this 10-week challenge a huge benefit. Learning to fuel my body correctly to achieve my goals, I’m over the moon with my week 10 results.
