Sign up for our Standard Membership and have access to any 2 standard classes a week.

Standard classes include a variety of training from HIIT sessions, Bootcamp, Functional Movement, Ninja Warrior and More.

This membership has access to all our Energise workshops covering various topics – Nutrition tips, food preparation, goal setting, Endurance training to name but a few.

Premium Membership and have access to any 3 standard classes a week and one Strength & Conditioning class and everything in the Standard Membership.

Plus access to a Small Group Strength & Conditioning Classes, which are very specific to your goals either it’s to tone up, build muscle, increase strength and/ or lose weight. The class will be tailored to suit your goals. Using the Zen-Planner App you will be able to log and track your progress in these classes.

The V.I.P Membership has everything the other memberships & so much more with access to unlimited standard classes a week, unlimited Small Group Strength Training classes and a PT session every 4 weeks to ensure you are on the right track to achieving your goals.
