School Term Programmes
We like to work hard in our classes adding variety to every session which will challenge you, keep the body guessing and ensure we are having fun along the way.
We run classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.30am and they are suitable and adaptable to all fitness levels.
Come to one class a week or come to them all.
HIIT – High-Intensity Interval Training
12 Week Running Programme
Run club is a 12 week group training programme that is designed to educate, inspire and support you to achieve the goal of running a 10k, 21k or 42k to the best of your ability.
Run group is suitable to all fitness levels, for those wanting to run their first 10k to those wanting a new PB.
We kick the programme off on Saturday 16th June with a brief session on warm up drills and technique followed by an overall view of what lays ahead.
The run club will include the following, one supervised session a week where you will work on your technique, speed, power and agility. A Facebook group will be set up to help support and encourage you on your other weekly training runs and you will be encouraged to meet up with others in the group. The run club includes the following –
- Training plans
- Private FB group to arrange midweek runs, share hints and tips and keep each other motivated and accountable.
- 12 group speed and technique sessions that will run every Thursday at 6am meeting in North Hagley in the carpark off Riccarton Ave.
- Organised long run’s on the weekends (this will be unsupervised)
- Workshop on race prep and nutrition.
